Wright Design understands that they are one part of the overall development sequence and how each element interacts with the other. Considering all these elements early in the product definition stages, the risks were identified; these risks can be addressed within the design and removed. Throughout the development process the design was fully accessed and reviewed between Hayter and Wright Design. Models were used to demonstrate the form, feel, function, weight and assembly of the final product. Within 10 weeks Hayter were able to validate performance by cutting grass with the prototype model, reducing future financial risk and cost.
